Builds and manages a two-sided marketplace supply network by recruiting partner businesses, scaling contributor base, managing capacity forecasting, and optimizing pricing and retention.
Claru (a Reka business line) · San Francisco or remote · Full-time
Text has run out. The physical world — where skill lives — has never been recorded in a form a model can learn from. Claru is building that layer.
We sell data to frontier labs and robotics companies: zero to seven figures of ARR in under six months, with a team of five. It is a two-sided marketplace: labs arrive with a research problem and a budget, not a specification; contributors and partner businesses capture the work they already do, paid per approved unit. This job is the supply side.
We are hiring a Supply Lead and are looking for operators who are AI-native: more time with agents than with people, automation before hiring, systems that scale rather than teams that grow. That is how a team this small outruns much bigger companies. You need to be someone who can be dropped into an unfamiliar market and come back with capacity that is real.
Build a portfolio of partner businesses — whose staff capture the work they already do on shift — across the environments buyers want: event venues, retail back-of-house, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing. Each is won in a real conversation
Grow the contributor base alongside it and open new geographies, keeping supply owned and multi-channel so no single partner or geography is a dependency.
Own the geo rate card — what an approved unit costs by market and project type — so engagements are priced and staffed against something defensible
Own capacity forecasting — whether we can deliver a given volume in a given environment in a given number of weeks — which a Program Lead commits against.
Own contributor experience and retention: onboarding, payments landing on time, support, and why people stop.
Partner with the platform team on the tooling that makes supply self-serve
There is no standard one, but a real day might run like this: you start on the partner businesses already live — chasing the ones gone quiet, calling the two that signed last month and have not filmed. Contributor payments in one market did not land, so you find where it stopped and clear it. A Program Lead needs to know whether we can cover four weeks of warehouse capture in a new country, and you give them a number you would stand behind. Then a first conversation with a food manufacturer about putting their team on shift and collecting data.
Early-stage marketplace operating experience — required. You have got one side of a flywheel turning from a standing start, in a new territory or a new vertical — recruitment, pricing, retention and economics. Every new market here is that problem again
AI-native — required. You spend more time with agents than with people, you automate a process before you staff it, and your answer to more volume is a better system rather than more headcount
You have operated, not only advised. Former founders, high growth early stage startup hires, consulting, or business operations background is a strong plus and exactly the rigour we want
You close business yourself: partner businesses are won in conversation
Numerate — you build the model, find where the cost per unit breaks, and argue for the change
Credible with a company owner and with a shift supervisor alike
Bonus: exposure to AI labs or training data pipelines

Massive Market Opportunity: Be part of a rapidly growing industry poised to transform multiple sectors globally, offering the chance to make a significant impact.
Mission-Driven Environment: Work alongside a collaborative, mission-focused team dedicated to advancing AI for meaningful applications.
Inclusive and Open Culture: Thrive in an open and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and fosters creativity.
Generous Benefits: Enjoy 5 weeks of paid leave to recharge, comprehensive healthcare benefits including vision and dental, and additional perks that support your well-being.

ABOUT OLIPOP
At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.
This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.
Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.
The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.
In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.
So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

HOW WE WORK
We may be fully remote, but we’re anything but disconnected. OLIPOP has grown from a few passionate people around a table to a nationwide team, and we’ve done it without losing our collaborative spirit or sense of purpose.
Connection here is intentional. From cross-functional projects and IRL offsites to thoughtful Slack threads and spontaneous gifs, we make the effort to stay close, even across time zones. Sure, we move quickly, but we lead with trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to doing work that matters.
We value thoughtful debate. We give feedback with care and receive it with curiosity, knowing that real growth, both personal and collective, comes from listening as much as leading. Nice to have:
Manages Southwest regional marketplace operations, balances supply and demand, recruits process servers, and drives KPI achievement across Arizona and Texas markets.
About ABC:
ABC Legal Service is proud to be the national leader in filing service of legal documents. We are growing and are looking for talented new team members to support our growth and solve exciting challenges! We are a team of 1100+ with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Tampa, Chicago, Washington DC, and more. Seattle is our home and headquarters. We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 40 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer.
Job Overview:
You own our major Southwest markets end-to-end, with our highest priority focus in Arizona and Texas. That means knowing where supply and demand are out of balance before a scorecard tells you, carrying the relationships with our highest-volume servers yourself, and being accountable for the region hitting its KPIs.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate with centralized Process Server Network teams to implement on the ground. You drive real change in your market and feed learnings back so what works in the Southwest can scale across the network. You’ll also work closely with Compliance when improvements touch evidence chain or court delivery, and with Support & Experience teams on network-facing communications and support tooling.
This is a builder role. You’ll be writing the playbook and executing it in real time.  This position is remote but must be located in Arizona, Texas, or Las Vegas.
What You’ll Own
Supply and demand balance across SW regions to identify coverage gaps, recruit new process servers, manage dispatch strategies, and increase server capacity in AZ and TX as the priority markets
Relationships with the region’s highest-volume servers as the face of ABC Legal in-market, not a name on an email
Root cause analysis when something’s off, to clearly define the problem and provide recommended next steps, not just a flag
Incident response for your region when something breaks in-market (an app outage, dispatch bottlenecks, a weather disruption), you’re the point of contact translating what’s happening on the ground into real-time guidance for the network and for leadership
Execution of marketplace pilots includes running tests in market, tracking what’s actually happening on the ground, and reporting back with speed and honesty
Regional incentive spend within your allocated budget, in partnership with the Sr. Director on structure and guardrails; you flag when a program is running hot before finance does
Regional SLO attainment by tier, coverage gap closure, and market health reporting
Feeding structured learnings back so incentive programs, dispatch rules, and pay mechanics can be refined and scaled to other markets
What We’re Looking For
You’ve owned a local market for a, gig, delivery, or field service business. What matters most is that you’ve actually balanced supply and demand by combining in-market observations with data, coached someone to higher performance in a frontline or contract role, and are willing to experiment, iterate, and quickly scale the best learnings.
Qualifications:
Experience owning a local market, territory, or region in a marketplace, gig, or field operations environment
Comfort balancing supply and demand with real data, combined with on-the-ground judgment; you can look at a dispatch or SLO dashboard and immediately know what to ask next
At least one direct report you can speak to specifically, not just that you had headcount, but how you coached them
Desire to be on the ground in the market; this is not a remote strategy seat
Ability to distill what you’re seeing in-market into crisp, actionable feedback that a strategy team can actually use to iterate
Can communicate market health clearly enough that leadership doesn’t have to chase you for it; written updates, not just verbal color, when it matters
Preferred Qualifications:
Has run structured pilots or tests with clear hypotheses and handed back learnings that scaled
SQL or dashboard fluency (Metabase, Looker, Claude Code); wants the data rather than waiting for a report
Comfortable working in Jira or a similar tracker to scope and follow pilots through to completion, and in a platform like Intercom for network-facing communication
Experience building in ambiguous environments where the playbook didn’t exist yet
Has managed someone in a contract or hourly role and understands how that coaching differs
We know that a company’s success starts with its employees. We also know that an individual’s success starts with the right career opportunity. Join our team today!
Pay: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Travel: ~20%
