Operations Head of Fund Operations – Credit Fund at Xsolla

Designs and runs the operational infrastructure for a private credit fund, managing fund formation, LP onboarding, capital calls, valuation, reporting, and audit readiness.

What this role involves

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Xsolla is seeking a Head of Fund Operations to stand up and run the operating machinery of the Xsolla Credit Fund. You have taken a private fund from formation through first close before, and you know the full stack: structure and LPA work with counsel, service-provider selection, LP onboarding, capital calls, valuation policy, reporting, and audit readiness.

This is a builder’s mandate. You will design the fund’s operating playbook, run it, and document it so the fund operates to institutional standards from day one — and mentor the junior operations hires who join as the fund scales.

The role reports directly to Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer and Head of the Xsolla Credit Fund.

ABOUT US

Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.

Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla is building a private credit fund that lends to video game studios, underwritten with a data advantage no traditional lender has: Xsolla’s own payments telemetry across thousands of games. The fund is in its capital formation phase and is led by Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help raise a first-time fund inside a profitable, global gaming-commerce company, alongside the broader Xsolla capital markets ecosystem (Xsolla Funding Club, Xsolla SPAC 1 — Nasdaq: XSLLU, and other strategic vehicles).

For more information, visit xsolla.com.

Responsibilities

Fund Formation and Structuring

  • Drive fund formation with external fund counsel: vehicle and jurisdiction selection, LPA and side letters, GP and management company setup, and the regulatory perimeter.
  • Own the LPA from the operator’s seat: terms, economics, and governance mechanics — and translate them into operational reality once signed.

Service Provider Stack

  • Select and manage the provider stack: fund administrator, auditor, tax advisors, banking/custody, and compliance vendors — and manage them to institutional standards.
  • Own provider economics: negotiate scopes and fees; keep the fund’s operating cost model lean and LP-defensible.

Fund Operations

  • Run the core machinery: capital calls and distributions, LP onboarding and KYC/AML, expense management, and cash movement controls.
  • Own valuation and NAV: valuation policy, NAV oversight with the administrator, and credit-fund specifics such as borrowing-base mechanics and leverage facility administration.

LP Reporting and Diligence Readiness

  • Build the reporting stack: quarterly reporting (ILPA-aligned), capital account statements, and LP communications infrastructure.
  • Keep the fund diligence-ready: DDQ responses, operational due-diligence readiness, and the operations sections of the data room — before LPs ask.

Compliance and Governance

  • Establish the policy framework: valuation, allocation, conflicts, and ESG/AML policies; regulatory filings with counsel; audit coordination.
  • Design for scrutiny: so every process has a documented owner, control, and audit trail that stands up to institutional operational due diligence.

Operating Playbook and Team Building

  • Codify the fund’s operating playbook: documented processes, controls, and owners for every core workflow — built for operational due diligence from day one.
  • Scale the function: as the fund scales, build out and mentor the junior operations team (controller, fund accountants) and integrate with Xsolla’s finance and legal teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • 7+ years in fund operations, fund CFO, or fund controllership roles at private credit or other private capital funds.
  • You have taken at least one private fund from formation through first close — this is the core requirement. You know what breaks, in what order, and how to prevent it.
  • Deep working knowledge of LPA terms, fund administration, capital call mechanics, and ILPA reporting standards.
  • Credit-fund specifics — leverage facilities, borrowing bases, loan administration, asset-level reporting — are a strong plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Hands-on operator: comfortable being the entire operations function on day one, with providers as your leverage.
  • Rigorous documentation and controls discipline; you build processes that pass operational due diligence, not just processes that work.
  • Strong commercial judgment on provider selection, fee negotiation, and build-vs-outsource decisions.
  • Clear communicator who can explain fund mechanics to non-fund people — including investors, borrowers, and Xsolla leadership.

Education and Credentials

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA, a CFA charter, or an MBA is preferred.

We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. What this role involves

Senior Manager, Benefit Verification & Authorization Operations

About the Role

The Senior Manager of BVA will play a critical role in building and scaling BVA into a fully operational, high-performing service. In partnership with leadership, this person will help shape how the business operates and build the processes, structure, and operating model needed to support continued growth.

This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys building. BVA is continuing to evolve, and this leader will be responsible for taking areas that may be manual, inconsistent, or still developing and creating clear, repeatable ways of working. They will look across the operation to understand what is working, where we are creating unnecessary complexity, and what needs to change to support the next stage of the business.

The Senior Manager will work closely with Managers and Team Leads to ensure the day-to-day operation is performing while also staying focused on longer-term improvements. They will build the systems and expectations that allow leaders to effectively manage performance, quality, capacity, and customer needs.

A significant part of this role will be partnering with our AI Engineering team. The Senior Manager will bring a strong understanding of BVA operations into that partnership—identifying opportunities to automate work, improve workflows, and develop tools that make the team more effective and allow the service to scale.

This person will also help define what a strong BVA customer experience looks like. They will build a consistent approach to onboarding new customers, strengthen ongoing customer partnerships, and ensure what we learn from customers is incorporated into how the service evolves.

What You’ll Do

Build and Scale the BVA Operation

  • Develop the processes, workflows, SOPs, ownership models, handoffs, and operating rhythms needed to create a consistent and scalable operation.

  • Evaluate how work is being completed today and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign processes.

  • Build processes with future growth in mind, ensuring solutions can scale as customer volume, team size, and service complexity increase.

  • Create clear ownership and accountability across the operation so teams understand who owns what, how work moves between teams, and when issues need to be escalated.

  • Identify operational risks and recurring pain points and solve root causes rather than relying on ongoing manual intervention.

  • Develop mechanisms to ensure new processes are successfully implemented, adopted, and maintained.

  • Continuously evaluate the operating model and adjust as the BVA service and customer needs evolve.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Establish clear expectations and measures for quality, productivity, service levels, capacity, and overall operational performance.

  • Build reporting and operating cadences that give leadership visibility into how the business is performing and where support or intervention is needed.

  • Use operational data to identify trends, understand root causes, prioritize improvements, and measure impact.

  • Partner with Managers and Team Leads to identify performance gaps and create sustainable solutions.

  • Develop quality assurance and process controls that create consistency while allowing the operation to move efficiently.

  • Improve how the team plans for volume and capacity so staffing and resources align with customer needs.

  • Create feedback loops between frontline team members, leaders, customers, and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how BVA operates.

  • Ensure operational changes are supported by clear documentation, training, and expectations.

Partner with AI Engineering

  • Build a strong working partnership with the AI Engineering team and serve as a key operational partner in the development of tools and automation for BVA.

  • Develop a deep understanding of where the team spends time today and identify high-impact opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflows through AI and automation.

  • Translate operational problems into clear use cases and requirements for technical partners.

  • Bring frontline and customer context into solution development to ensure tools solve the intended problem and work within BVA operations.

  • Partner on testing and piloting new capabilities before broader implementation.

  • Lead the operational implementation of new tools and workflows, including process changes, documentation, training, adoption, and feedback.

  • Monitor how new solutions are performing and partner with AI Engineering and BVA leaders on continued improvement.

  • Help measure the impact of AI and automation on efficiency, capacity, quality, and customer experience.

Build the Customer Experience

  • Help define and build the BVA customer experience from initial onboarding through ongoing service delivery.

  • Develop a structured and repeatable onboarding process that creates clear expectations, captures the information the team needs, and sets both the customer and BVA team up for success.

  • Identify common onboarding challenges and build processes that make implementations more efficient and consistent.

  • Establish clear ownership and handoffs throughout the customer journey.

  • Build strong ongoing partnership practices with customers, including communication expectations, performance discussions, feedback, and escalation processes.

  • Develop mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and ensure that feedback translates into meaningful improvements to the service.

  • Look across customers to identify common needs, challenges, and opportunities that should influence how BVA evolves.

  • Ensure customers experience BVA as a consistent and reliable partner as the service continues to grow.

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Lead and develop BVA Managers and other leaders, creating clear expectations around ownership, performance, and leadership.

  • Coach leaders to move beyond day-to-day issue resolution and develop stronger problem-solving and operational management skills.

  • Ensure Managers and Team Leads have the tools, processes, and information needed to effectively run their teams.

  • Create accountability for operational performance while providing leaders with the support needed to address challenges.

  • Develop a strong leadership bench and identify opportunities for continued growth and development across the team.

  • Create an environment where leaders and frontline team members are encouraged to identify problems, challenge inefficient processes, and contribute ideas for improvement.

  • Partner with leadership on organizational needs as the business grows, including team structure, leadership capacity, and evolving roles and responsibilities.

  • Help connect the day-to-day work of the team to the broader goals and direction of BVA.

Partner Across the Business

  • Serve as a strong cross-functional partner and represent BVA operational needs across the organization.

  • Bring together the right partners to solve problems that cross team or functional boundaries.

  • Communicate operational challenges, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and understand the operational requirements needed to support them.

  • Ensure changes across the organization are thoughtfully incorporated into BVA processes and communicated to the team.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, revenue cycle management, customer operations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience leading people leaders, including Managers and/or Team Leads.

  • Demonstrated experience building, standardizing, and improving operational processes in a growing or changing environment.

  • Experience managing complex operations using performance metrics, quality measures, and operational data to drive decisions.

  • Partner with purchasing to resolve material shortages and align supply commitments with the production plan, with particular attention to long-lead-time and shelf-life-sensitive raw materials and components.
  • Identify and help resolve capacity constraints across sites, prioritizing production and coordinating trade-offs with site leadership and the Director, S&OP / Planning.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on MRP/ERP planning logic and system configuration; troubleshoot data integrity issues and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
  • Support analysis of how the long-term forecast impacts equipment capacity across the network, informing new-project site assignments and future equipment needs.
  • Ensure each site maintains a firm four-week production schedule, providing planners with the data and direction needed to hold the plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or MRP within a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience planning across multiple manufacturing sites strongly preferred.

Operations Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace at Deepgram

Oversee real estate portfolio, workspace design, and facilities operations across multiple global locations serving as both employee offices and public event venues.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

About the Role

We are growing our geographic footprint and opening multiple workspaces and event spaces across the U.S. and internationally. Most of these locations serve a dual purpose. They are working spaces for Deepgram employees and public event venues that host meetups, hackathons, and customer and developer gatherings. Designing and operating space that does both well is a key aspect of this role.

Right now, real estate decisions, office openings, construction projects, and facilities operations are spread across many people. We need one responsible and experienced owner who knows how to do this all end to end. Someone who can read a lease, walk a construction site, manage a vendor, and think clearly about how a space shapes culture, brand, and community.

As Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace, you will take full ownership of Deepgram’s physical spaces from site selection through to operational, welcoming offices. You will find potential real estate, negotiate and manage leases, run buildout projects, stand up facilities operations, and build the repeatable playbook we use to open and run every Deepgram location. Then you will hire and lead a small team to run it with you.

This is a player-coach role. You will be in the work, not above it, and you will build the function as you go.

What You’ll Own

Requirements Scoping & Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Converting the CEO and executive team’s vision into a documented program for each site

  • Gathering requirements across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, People, IT, Security, and Finance to determine how each space will be used and what it needs to solve for

  • Reconciling competing requests into a single prioritized brief, secure executive approval, and own that brief as the source of truth for architects, general contractors, and all subsequent change decisions

Capacity & Space Planning

  • Occupancy forecasting and space programming against the company headcount plan, in partnership with Finance and People

  • Recommendations on the size, timing, and location of new and expanded space, grounded in utilization data rather than anecdote

  • The tradeoff at each site between event capacity, collaboration space, and focus work, documented and revisited as headcount changes

Real Estate & Leasing

  • Site selection, tours, and location recommendations as we evaluate new and expanded spaces

  • Lease negotiation and renewals, partnering with Finance and Legal on LOIs, term sheets, insurance needs, and commercial terms, including tenant improvement allowances, free rent, escalations, letters of credit and security deposits, restoration and holdover obligations, assignment and sublease rights, and expansion and termination flexibility

  • Analysis of lease versus license, coworking, and short-term venue alternatives in markets where a long-term commitment is not yet warranted

  • International site selection and leasing, including engagement of local counsel and brokers, country-specific code and accessibility standards, and coordination with Finance, People, and Legal on the entity, tax, and employment implications of each location

  • Partnership with Accounting on lease classification and ASC 842 treatment, and delivery of the underlying data Finance needs for budgeting, forecasting, and audit

  • Landlord and broker relationships, and ownership of all real estate documentation and key dates

Construction & Buildout

  • End-to-end project management of office buildouts, from design intent through permitting, construction, and move-in

  • Coordination of architects, general contractors, designers, and trades — holding scope, budget, and timeline

  • Design and delivery of assembly and event space, including occupancy classification and egress, load-in and rigging, AV and streaming infrastructure, acoustics, power and network capacity for large gatherings, and commercial or catered food service

  • Permitting, code, accessibility, and safety compliance across every project

Facilities & Workplace Operations

  • Day-to-day operations across all offices: supplies, maintenance, security and access, signage, and the overall office experience

  • The staffing model (when necessary) for onsite support, including office managers and hourly staff, and the systems that keep each space running without escalation

  • A consistent operating standard so every location runs the same way, as well as playbooks.

  • Space and desk management, access control, and visitor management systems

Team & Budget

  • Eventually, building and leading a small workplace team as the function scales

  • Full ownership of the workplace and real estate budget, capital projects and operating costs

  • Vendor sourcing, contracts, and performance management

Your First 12 Months

  • Get all active office projects under a single plan, budget, and timeline

  • Establish the facilities operating standard and onsite staffing model for our existing locations

  • Build the real estate and workplace playbook so the next office opening is repeatable, not improvised

  • Hire the first members of your workplace team

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in workplace, real estate, facilities, or capital projects, including end-to-end ownership of at least one office buildout

  • Ability to travel. Given the nature of this role, you will have to be available to travel to multiple offices and locations frequently.

  • Direct experience negotiating or managing commercial leases, working with brokers, landlords, and Legal

  • Strong construction and vendor project management — you can hold architects, CMs, and GCs to scope, budget, and schedule

  • Working knowledge of permitting, building codes, accessibility, and workplace safety

  • Experience delivering or operating space used for public events, customer-facing programming, or brand moments

  • Budget ownership for capital and operating spend, with sound commercial judgment

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, scaling company — you don’t wait for a playbook, you write it

  • An eye for how physical space shapes culture, and genuine care for a consistent experience across every location

  • Experience operating across multiple cities or a distributed, remote-first company

  • Experience supporting spaces used for customer-facing events or brand moments

  • Experience leasing or building in international markets, particularly EMEA or APAC

  • Familiarity with lease administration, space management, or IWMS platforms

  • Experience hiring and managing a small ops or facilities team

Operations Director of Regulatory & Tech Transfer at Kitsch

Director oversees regulatory compliance, supply chain risk management, tech transfers, and quality documentation for beauty product lines across multiple markets.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a bootstrapped, female and minority-owned global beauty brand built on the belief that great design and great values aren’t mutually exclusive. From hair accessories to sleep and wellness, we create products that make people feel good — and we’ve grown to $400M+ in annual revenue by staying true to that mission. We move fast, we care deeply about craft, and we’re looking for people who feel the same way.

The Role

This is one of the most structurally important roles on the Kitsch product development team — not because it is the most visible, but because it is the one that keeps everything else from breaking. As Director of Regulatory & Tech Transfer, you will own the regulatory and supply infrastructure that keeps every Consumables SKU across Haircare, Body, and Fragrance compliant, quality-certified, and never dependent on a single source. You will be the person who qualifies the backup before the backup is needed, who catches the compliance gap before the delisting hits, and who makes sure every product we launch is as buttoned-up behind the scenes as it is on shelf. This role brings regulatory decision-making fully in-house — replacing external consultants as the primary compliance authority across EU/UK, Health Canada, and FDA frameworks. If you love owning something that genuinely matters, moving without being pushed, and building systems that outlast any single project, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce a complete supply risk map of every active SKU in Haircare, Body, and Fragrance within your first 90 days, ranking each by vulnerability; qualify and validate at least one alternative supplier for every high-risk SKU within 12 months.
  • Serve as the internal final approval authority on all artwork going to suppliers — no artwork leaves without your sign-off; own EU/UK, Health Canada, and FDA compliance decisions in-house without routing to external consultants.
  • Own all tech transfers across Haircare, Body, and Fragrance end to end — set timelines, drive progress, maintain weekly status visibility, and ensure nothing stalls.
  • Conduct a full SKU documentation audit within your first 30 days and produce an action plan covering every gap across COAs, formula specs, packaging specs, and retain samples; drive to completion so documentation is audit-ready at any time.
  • Build and maintain an approved formula library so every SKU has a fully documented, regulatory-reviewed, transfer-ready formula on file — a durable asset that outlasts any one team member.
  • Catch quality concerns at the development stage before production starts; ensure every product in the Consumables portfolio meets or exceeds a 4.5-star consumer rating standard.
  • Own regulatory and quality compliance across Target, Ulta, Walmart, and TikTok Shop — portal submissions, claims substantiation, and packaging compliance — so no compliance hold ever catches the team by surprise.
  • Conduct regular GMP, ISO, and REACH audits of manufacturers and testing facilities; own remediation plans for all non-conformances and drive them to resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Author and maintain the SOPs that keep the regulatory and tech transfer function running; train the right people so critical knowledge does not live in a single head.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all adverse event investigations in the Consumables portfolio; ensure every event is investigated thoroughly and reported to the appropriate authorities within regulatory timelines.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate regulatory research, SOP drafting, gap analysis, and documentation review as a standard part of how you work — expected, not exceptional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep working knowledge of EU/UK (MHRA), Health Canada, and FDA regulatory frameworks for cosmetics and personal care — able to make final compliance calls without deferring to an external consultant.
  • Proven experience managing tech transfers personally — knows the documentation requirements, what typically goes wrong, and how to prevent it.
  • Active supplier network in the haircare, body, or fragrance manufacturing space — can identify, qualify, and onboard alternative suppliers proactively, not reactively.
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-SKU regulatory and documentation portfolios in a consumer goods or beauty environment.
  • Experience owning retail partner compliance submissions across major US retailers (Target, Ulta, Walmart) or equivalent.
  • Self-directed executor who builds their own timelines, holds themselves to them, and generates proactive work without waiting for a deadline to be assigned.
  • Communicates complex regulatory requirements clearly — to PD, to sales, and to retail partners — without hiding behind jargon.
  • Treats documentation as a core deliverable, not an administrative chore; holds a personal standard for formula integrity and compliance rigor.
  • Fluent with AI tools for regulatory research, gap analysis, and documentation workflows.
  • Experience with adverse event management and regulatory reporting across relevant jurisdictions.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay/Benefits
  • A dynamic team
  • Location: Remote
  • An open mind for new ideas
  • Growth…growth and some more growth!

Operations Director, Operations Strategy (Remote) at ezCater

Director owns strategic operations initiatives, process improvements, and organizational rhythms while partnering with COO to drive execution across a high-volume food marketplace platform.

Lead Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US. The company makes it easy for any organization to manage its food needs and order from over 125,000 restaurants nationwide. For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by 24⁄7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders.

Operations manages millions of orders a year and billions of dollars of GMV across a marketplace of corporate customers, restaurant partners, and delivery providers. We’re accelerating the growth of the business and getting there depends on how well we execute in operations.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you own the strategic initiatives, the operating rhythm, and the connective tissue that makes the Operations org run. When something needs to be created from scratch, you create it. When AI can change the way we operate, you make the case and make it happen. When the org needs to move faster or work differently, you figure out how. You are a strategic partner to the COO and the ops leadership and shaping where the team goes and how we operate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive high priority strategic initiatives for ops taking programs and projects from ambiguity to execution and measurable impact. Today, among other things, your team is launching a new operations tech stack, and large cross functional initiatives that move company level KRs. You’d  also be accountable for weather playbooks, complex partner launches, and ensuring high value customer launches are seamless.
  • Build the feedback engine that turns 200,000+ monthly inbound customer and partner contacts into structured signals. Create the system for how ops captures, categorizes, and prioritizes what we’re hearing. Ensure that what we learn drives change across ops and into product.
  • Own the biz ops rhythms for the Operations org, designing and running the meetings and reviews that keep leadership aligned: staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and goal-setting. Set the prep expectations, hold the calendar, and make sure decisions turn into outcomes.
  • Own process improvement and redesign across the ops org, mapping how work actually flows today, identifying where we’re wasting time or duplicating effort, and partnering with team leaders to redesign and implement better ways of working. If a process isn’t documented, it isn’t a process.
  • Lead how we roll out change and communicate internally for operational initiatives, ensuring that new processes, tools, and ways of working are adopted, not just announced. Own documentation standards: one place to find things, kept current, accessible to everyone.
  • Build new operational capabilities from scratch, standing up functions that don’t exist yet, writing the playbook, proving the model, and handing off to the permanent owner once it’s working. You know how to build from zero.
  • Serve as the AI thought leader for the Operations org, partnering with functional areas to drive where AI and automation can transform how we work, how we interact with customers and partners, and how we make decisions. Evaluate emerging tools, build the business case, and partner with ops leaders to drive adoption across our team.

What You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, business operations, or consulting, with at least 3 years leading teams or programs at a fast-moving technology company.
  • You’ve built things that didn’t exist before. A new function, a new process, a new team. You’ve figured it out without a playbook and delivered something that lasted.
  • You can run multiple complex projects at once and hold people accountable even when they don’t report to you. You know how to move work forward across teams that have competing priorities.
  • You have a real point of view on AI and automation. You know where these tools create value in operations and where they don’t. You stay current, you’re skeptical of hype, and you can make the case for what’s worth investing in.
  • You’re comfortable with data. You can use it to define problems, measure results, and challenge assumptions. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you need to be credible working alongside one.
  • You get things done through people who don’t work for you. You know how to build trust with senior leaders, create shared understanding, and move a room toward a decision.
  • You write clearly and present with confidence. You can distill a complex situation into something a busy executive can act on in five minutes.
  • You think like a strategist and work like an operator. You’re just as comfortable setting direction as you are digging into the details of how something actually works.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

The national total targetcash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $202,151-$283,320 annually.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).

ezCater does not sponsor applicants for work visas or legal permanent residence.

What You’ll Get from Us:

You’ll get a terrifically compelling experience in an innovative, high performing environment. You’ll get to work with engaged and passionate colleagues on challenging and impactful projects. You will have opportunities to grow in your career, and work in a place that values work/life harmony.

Oh, and you’ll get all this: Market competitive salary, stock options that you’ll help make worth a lot, 12 paid holidays, flexible PTO, 401K with ezCater match, health/dental/FSA, long-term disability insurance, mental health and family planning resources, remote-hybrid work from our awesome Boston office OR your home OR a mixture of both home and office, a tremendous amount of responsibility and autonomy, wicked awesome co-workers, employee meal program (and many more goodies) when you’re in our office, and knowing that you helped transform the food for work space.
